Instructions:
- Enter a message of any length in the box provided.
- Create a password for the message.
- Specify the email address of the recipient
- Enter your name
- Click "Send Encrypted Message"
- Give the password to the message recipient
A message will be sent to the email address you enter indicating that you have created a secure message.
There will be a link that will direct them to a page to enter the password you have selected.
About Encryption:
Both the message and the password are stored in our database as encrypted binary text. The password is
1-way encrypted and even WE can't decrypt it. The password is required in order to both access the
message and to decrypt it. Without the password, the message is useless!
Hint:
Send yourself a message first to try it out. Being familiar with how this system works will help you
when you explain it to your recipient. Another hint is to give your recipient the password in a secure
method such as over the phone.
